-Evaluation the efficiency of some controlling methods on olive seedlings infected with root-knot nematodes Meloidogyne spp.
-A survey and molecular identification of Aspergillus versicolor causing brown rot on imported spruce (Picea canadensis) wood in Karbala province, Iraq and control it using Copper Boron Chromate .
-Diagnosis of causes of cankers on apricot trees Prunus armeniaca L. using PCR technique in some of the Al-Qantara, Al-Baydaa orchards in Karbala- Iraq .
-Molecular diagnosis of the fungus Sclerotinia sclerotiorum: A causal agent of white rot disease in Solanum melongena L. and its control using zinc oxide nanoparticles .
-Occurrence, identification, pathogenicity and control of Neoscytalidium dimidiatum fungus, the causal agent of sooty canker on Eucalyptus camaldulensis in Kerbala Province of Iraq.
-Molecular characterization of novel isolates of rhizoctonia solani, trichoderma atroviride and fusarium spp. Isolated from different plants and cutting woods in Iraq.
-Study on alternaria alternate, fusarium chlamydosporum accompanying the eucalyptus camaldulensis L. trees in some regions of Kerbala province /Iraq and identification of isolate with PCR technique.
-The Effect of Wood Treatment Populus euphratica L. by Acid Copper Chromate (ACC) Substance Exposed to Infection by Alternaria sp. On Some Physical Characteristics.
-The first record of Neoscytalidium dimidiatum it caused Canker fungus in Mours alba L. in Karbala, Iraq and diagnosis of isolating using PCR.
-The first record of Agrobacterium tumefaciens it caused crown gall in Eucalyptus camaldulensis Dehn. seedlings in provinces (Karbala, Babil and Wasit) Iraq and diagnosis of isolating using (PCR) technique.
-The first register and Molecularly diagnosis of Agrobacterium tumefaciens that causes crown gall disease on Ficus sp in the provinces of Karbala and Babylon/ Iraq.
-Impact of Extracts for Garlic, Eucalyptus and Castor in Inhibiting Growth of Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn Caused Root rot Disease of Tomatoes and Diagnosed of Isolate with PCR Technique .


تأثيرفعالية المادة الحافظة كرومات البورون النحاسية ((CCB في مقاومة الإصابة بفطر Trichoderma atroviride المسبب لتفسخ خشب التنوب الكندي Picea Canadensis Miller. في كربلاء المقدسة.
التشخيص المورفولوجي والجزيئي لانواع نيماتودا تعقد الجذور المرافقة لاشجار وشتلات الزيتون في بغداد وبابل وكربلاء العراق.

تأثير مستويات مختلفة من لقاح نيماتودا تعقد الجذور Meloidogyne incognita في بعض صفات النمو والصفات البيوكيميائية لشتلات الزيتون L. Olea europaea.

تأثير بعض المواد الحافظة لخشب الحور الأسود Popululs nigra L. المعامل بفطريات التدهورفي بعض الصفات الكيميائية.
