The Center for Continuing Education at the University of Kerbala organized a training course on financial skills, as part of a project aimed at developing and qualifying university leadership.
The course covered various topics, including the unified accounting system, budget preparation, as well as auditing and internal control, inventory management, and financial management and analysis.
Delivered by Dr. Abdul Rasool Abdul Abbas, the course targeted department and unit heads at the university. It is part of a scientific plan to develop individual skills and qualify staff members across all university departments.
