Duties of the Registration Division:

1- Accepting new students according to the regulations for morning study.

2- Checking new students’ documents at the Ministry’s headquarters for morning study.

3- Issuing all students’ IDs.

4- Enter all student information into the electronic database program.

5- Issuing orders for postponement, failure, registration promotions, notices, and warnings to students.

6- Providing students with official books and examination and treatment books to the health center at the university.

7- Create a special file for each student that includes all the necessary information about him.

8- Classifying and arranging books issued and received by the department and collecting them in separate records.

9- Dividing new students into scientific departments according to lists arranged according to the letters of the alphabet and according to controls.

10- Official books answer.

11- Promoting transfer transactions, modifying nominations, and hosting to and from the college.

12- Classifying and arranging books issued and received by the department and collecting them in separate records.

13- Issuing ranked lists to the governorate’s education directorate for fourth-year students for the purpose of application.

14- Providing the graduating student with a certificate or certificate of graduation for the morning study.

15- Place all books belonging to the student in his own file and update these files continuously.

16- Circulars of some books related to other departments and advertising some books on the bulletin board.
