The College of Agriculture at the University of Kerbala arranged a practical scientific visit to Al-Kafeel Investment Company / Al-Kafeel Water Plant, affiliated with the Al-Abbas Holy Shrine, for the students of the Department of Food Science.
The aim of this visit was to introduce the students to the production lines, testing laboratories, and quality control procedures, as well as to strengthen the practical aspect of their studies and connect theoretical knowledge with real-world applications in the field of food industries.
The tour included familiarizing the students with the stages of water purification and sterilization, in addition to the adopted filling and packaging mechanisms used in the plant in accordance with international quality standards.
At the end of the visit, the students expressed their gratitude to the organizing parties for providing this valuable scientific opportunity, which contributes to developing their skills and preparing them for integration into the labor market.
