University of Kerbala: Ongoing Volunteer Efforts by the Field Crops Department to Green the College of Agriculture’s Gardens

Under the guidance of the Dean of the College of Agriculture, Dr. Ali Abdul-Hussein Kareem, volunteer efforts to green the gardens of the College of Agriculture at the University of Kerbala continue, with widespread participation from students, faculty members, and staff. This initiative is part of the college’s ongoing efforts to promote environmental awareness and support sustainability on campus.

As part of the project, a variety of trees and native plants suited to the region’s agricultural environment were planted, aiming to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the gardens and create a conducive educational environment for students and researchers.
