As part of the ongoing scientific collaboration between Iraqi universities, Dr. Sabah Al-Rubaie from the Department of Horticulture and Landscape Engineering at the College of Agriculture, University of Kerbala, participated as a member of the Ph.D. dissertation defense committee for student Mohammed Hassan Al-Wataifi from the Department of Plant Production at the Al-Mussaib Technical College / Middle Technical University.
The dissertation focused on the effect of cultivar, planting date, and ascorbic acid foliar application on the roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa) plant. Dr. Sabah Al-Rubaie praised the efforts made in preparing the dissertation and provided valuable scientific remarks that contribute to enhancing the quality of the research.
This participation reflects the University of Kerbala’s commitment to strengthening academic and scientific cooperation with other universities and promoting the exchange of expertise, which plays a key role in advancing scientific research and serving the community.
