A training course at the University of Karbala on activating work in the records of procedural methods inside the laboratory

The College of Pharmacy at the University of Karbala held an electronic training course entitled (Activating work in the records of procedural methods inside the laboratory), with the participation of a number of researchers and specialists
The course aims to develop the skills of laboratory workers, achieve continuous development and raise the level of scientific laboratories, provide laboratory accreditation requirements and apply national standards for a good laboratory GLP, as well as how to implement procedural methods and all logistical matters that contribute to raising the efficiency of the college laboratories,
The course dealt with the most important areas for applying good laboratory practices, including:
Non-clinical health and safety laboratories Non-clinical educational laboratories in pharmaceutical laboratories, cosmetic products and veterinary medicines
food additives and pesticides,
The course included clarification of the work mechanism of the performance evaluation committee, which is responsible for developing a plan, following up on the performance of laboratory workers, periodic follow-up to document activities, accessing records inside the laboratory, and providing an occupational safety system.
The course dealt with how to classify procedural methods within the laboratory classification form, which includes diagnosing cases before they occur.
The course came within the college’s continuous endeavor to keep pace with scientific development at various levels, to provide a safe and developed study environment globally, to identify obstacles and ways to overcome them, as well as to pay attention to occupational safety to ensure the health and safety of laboratory workers, as well as the health of the environment and society.
