Nassif Jassem Al-Khattabi, said, in the presence of the family of the slain martyr, that words cannot express the pain, heartbreak and bitterness of the event with the loss of the jealous martyr who gave what he gave to Karbala and its family, stressing that the martyr He represented all the meanings of values in work, integrity and his love for his city, which is a cornerstone of a team working to serve Karbala and its people, which was keen on making Karbala the first brilliance and prosperity. Al-Khattabi added that Abeer is a message of success, love and sincerity is a real message for development And development, he took it upon himself to continue day and night in order to complete the work. Al-Khattabi also extended his thanks and appreciation to the University of Karbala, represented by its president. Dr. Bassem Al-Saidi expressed his condolences for the establishment of this memorial council for the soul of the deceased, indicating that the university is a key partner with the local government in the governorate in providing consultations and supervising the work and at one pace.
