Al-Khattabi also extended his thanks and appreciation to the University of Karbala, represented by its president. Dr. Bassem Al-Saidi expressed his condolences for the establishment of this memorial council for the soul of the deceased, indicating that the university is a key partner with the local government in the governorate in providing consultations and supervising the work and at one pace.
