1- A recent photo number 4.
2- The national or citizenship card and the citizenship certificate for the student and parents + the ration card (original with a copy).
3- The middle school document, the original copy, certified by the General Directorate of Education (or a temporary endorsement of grades).
4- The original medical examination form.
5- Registration form (from the college website) to be filled out electronically and drawn on paper.
6- Receipt of accounts from the college.
