Proceeding from the principle of scientific cooperation and the exchange of experiences between Iraqi universities and institutes, the teaching staff at the College of Agriculture, University of Karbala, Professor Dr. Zainab Hadi Abbas, participated in a committee to discuss the doctoral thesis of the student (Aqil Abdul Azim) in the Department of Food Sciences in the College of Agriculture, University of Basra, which was titled (Extraction and Characterization Study Bioactive peptides from dairy products), where the study aimed to identify the bioactive compounds that are formed during the manufacturing processes of dairy products that can be considered nutritional supplements of great importance to consumer health.
