Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Agriculture, Prof. Dr. Thamer Karim Khudair Al-Janabi, the respected Faculty of Agriculture held an in-person training course for three days entitled (The rights and duties of the public employee in the laws and regulations in force, penalties and their effects, and legal protection for the public servant) in which both Assistant Professor Dr. Khudair Yassin Khudair and Mr. Bahaa attended Abdul-Hussein, as the course aimed to achieve the highest standards of efficiency in functional work in various administrative fields, as it discussed the most important basics of the rights and duties of the public employee and penalties in accordance with the Civil Service Law and the position of the State Employees Discipline Law on them to improve the job reality and serve the public interest.
