The Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Agriculture, in cooperation with Continuing Education, held a course entitled (The Legal System for Family Protection in the Iraqi Personal Status Law – Women as a Model) under the patronage of the President of the University of Karbala, the respected Professor Dr. Bassem Khalil Nayel Al-Saadi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Agriculture, the respected Professor Dr. Sabah Ghazi Sharif Al-Agha. On Sunday 24_until 3/26/2024 in the Great Hall at ten o’clock in the morning, the workshop was attended by Prof. Dr. Haider Hussein Kazem and Prof. Adnan Hashem Jawad. It was attended by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Sabah Ghazi Sharif, the Administrative Assistant, Prof. Dr. Ali Balash, and a group of people. Professors, employees, and students. The two lecturers spoke about women’s rights in the legal system and its role in protecting women, who are the nucleus of the family. We ask God Almighty for continued familiarity and love.
