Professor Abbas Ali Hussein, Head of the Field Crops Department at the College of Agriculture, University of Kerbala, participated in the defense committee for the PhD thesis of the student Rasha Adel Abdul Nabi Abbas. The thesis, titled “The Role of Foliar Feeding with Nano Fertilizer at Different Growth Stages for Three Oat Varieties,” was presented at Al-Furat Al-Awsat University / Technical College – Musayyib. The defense committee consisted of Professor Nihad Mohammed Aboud as the chair, Professor Abbas Ali Hussein as a member, Professor Abdullah Fadel Sarheed as a member, Professor Haider Talib Hussein as a member, Assistant Professor Abdul Karim Hussein Roumi as a member, and Professor Emeritus Ahmed Mohammed Lahmoud as a member and supervisor. After scientific discussions, the study was approved, and the student was awarded a PhD degree
