The seminar aimed to introduce new students to the nature of academic study and its requirements, with a focus on the foundations of success and academic excellence, as well as reviewing future prospects that enable them to achieve their ambitions.
The seminar also addressed preparing students to adapt to the university environment by explaining the prevailing laws and instructions, including examination instructions and the Student Discipline Law. The event included a session to answer students’ inquiries and a comprehensive inspection tour of the various laboratories and animal fields, which gave them the opportunity to learn about the available capabilities to support their scientific and practical studies.
This event comes within a series of educational activities that the department is keen to organize to enable students to start their university life with confidence and clarity.
The lectures were given by Professor Dr. Zainab Aliwi Muhammad, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhannad Fadl Hussein, and Assistant Professor Dr. Salah Mahdi Katea.
