The College of Agriculture at the University of Kerbala, Department of Food Sciences, organized a distinguished scientific exhibition within the activities of the Global Entrepreneurship Week. The exhibition witnessed wide participation from students and professors, as the latest research and innovations in the field of food sciences were displayed, in addition to reviewing distinguished student projects that contribute to the development of the agricultural sector.
In this regard, Professor Dr. “Sabah Ghazi Sharif Al-Agha….” Dean of the College of Agriculture, stated that the exhibition aims to encourage students to think entrepreneurially and innovate in the fields of agriculture and food, and to provide a platform to display new ideas that can contribute to improving agricultural production and achieving food security.
He added that this event is in line with the goals of the Global Entrepreneurship Week in promoting a culture of entrepreneurship and innovation in various fields.
The exhibition received a great turnout from the attendees, who expressed their admiration for the activities and research displayed, stressing the importance of such events in enhancing the role of the university in society and developing scientific knowledge.
