As part of ongoing support for the educational and research process, the College of Agriculture at the University of Kerbala organized a field visit to the orchards of Al-Husseiniya district to follow up on the research project of student Zahraa, titled: “Morphological and Molecular Diagnosis of Some Types of Hymenopteran Parasitoids Prevalent in Citrus Orchards in Karbala Province.”

The visit aimed to assess the progress of the research and monitor the implementation of scientific plans in the field, contributing to enhancing the students’ practical expertise and linking theoretical aspects with actual agricultural applications.

The visit was accompanied by a group of supervising professors and committee members, headed by Professor Dr. Rajaa Ghazi Abdul Mohsen, Assistant Professor Dr. Mushtaq Talib Muhammad, Assistant Professor Dr. Sinaa Muslim Abdul, Professor Taha Mousa Muhammad, Lecturer Dr. Hussein Ali Baqir, and Professor Dr. Adnan Abdul Jalil Lahouf. The committee members provided their observations and recommendations to ensure the achievement of the research objectives and to offer the necessary support for student Zahraa in successfully completing her project.

The College reaffirmed its commitment to supporting research students by providing all possible means for conducting their studies in applied environments that serve the community and meet the needs of the agricultural sector in the province.
