To improve the research skills of graduate students in Iraqi universities and in line with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the College of Agriculture at the University of Karbala, represented by Professor Dr. Adnan Abdul Jalil Lahouf, organized a workshop titled “Mechanisms of Publishing in Reputable Scientific Journals and Increasing Citations.”
The workshop aimed to enhance graduate students’ understanding of the scientific publishing process, guide them in selecting reputable journals while avoiding predatory and commercial ones, and improve the dissemination and impact of their research in the scientific community.
This event provided participants with opportunities to exchange experiences and knowledge and to network within the field of scientific research, fostering constructive collaboration and professional development for graduate students.
