Under the direct guidance of the esteemed Dean of the College of Agriculture, Dr. Ali Abdul-Hussein Kareem, and the direct supervision of the Head of the Horticulture and Landscape Engineering Department, Dr. Harith Mahmoud Aziz, the department has witnessed a dynamic start to the spring season. Various activities, including agricultural and horticultural work, have been organized.
The department head emphasized that this initiative is part of the department’s efforts to enhance students’ practical training and bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and hands-on applications. Students were given the opportunity to participate in all stages of cultivation, from soil preparation to planting and plant care.
