The University of Kerbala, through the College of Agriculture’s Plant Protection Department, organized a volunteer tree-planting campaign in the department’s gardens, with the participation of students and under the supervision of the teaching staff.
This initiative is part of the department’s ongoing weekly efforts to maintain the beauty and sustainability of the gardens, following the directives of the respected Dean of the College of Agriculture, Associate Professor Dr. Ali Abdul-Hussein Kareem, and under the supervision of the department head, Professor Dr. Yasser Nasser Hussein.
The primary goal of these campaigns is to foster a spirit of cooperation among students, encourage teamwork, and prepare agricultural engineers with practical knowledge of various agricultural techniques, while enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the college’s gardens.
