University of Kerbala Organizes a Voluntary Tree-Planting Campaign at the College of Agriculture to Support the University Environment

The College of Agriculture at the University of Kerbala organized a voluntary campaign to plant trees and green spaces within the college as part of its efforts to promote environmental awareness and enhance the aesthetic appearance of the university campus. This campaign was carried out under the directives of the Dean of the College of Agriculture, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Abdul-Hussein Kareem, and supervised by the Head of the Field Crops Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Nadhim Farhood. The campaign witnessed active participation from students, with direct supervision from the teaching staff.
This campaign is part of a series of weekly initiatives implemented by the college to enhance the beauty of the gardens and ensure their sustainability.
The campaign aims to foster a spirit of cooperation and teamwork among students, prepare skilled agricultural engineers proficient in various modern agricultural techniques, and highlight the beauty of the college’s gardens as an integral part of a university environment that encourages creativity and excellence.
