Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Agriculture, Professor Dr. Ali Abdul Hussein Karim, the Department of Animal Production at the College of Agriculture, Kerbala University, organized a professional development seminar titled “Enhancing Cooperation and Teamwork Among Faculty Members and Staff.”
The seminar targeted postgraduate degree holders in the Department of Animal Production and covered essential topics on the significance of teamwork and collaboration in the academic work environment. The lecture was delivered by Professor Dr. Zainab Alawi Mohammed and Assistant Professor Dr. Muhannad Fadel Hussein, Head of the Animal Production Department. They discussed effective strategies and methods for fostering team spirit and achieving shared goals.
