As part of its digital transformation strategy and efforts to modernize the infrastructure of higher education, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the implementation of 120 specialized electronic systems designed to manage key academic and administrative functions within Iraqi universities and colleges. This initiative aims to enhance a smart university environment based on integrated digital solutions.
At the forefront of these systems is the comprehensive HEPIQ Super App, available on both Apple and Android platforms, in addition to the digital university ID issuance system and the Student Information System (SIS). The SIS enables students to track their academic journey—from registration and enrollment to accessing weekly class schedules, attending lectures via the Learning Management System (LMS), taking exams through the Electronic Management System (EMS), receiving final exam results, obtaining official documents electronically, and engaging with alumni services.
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research reaffirms its commitment to empowering students through an effective digital university environment that integrates technology with knowledge, keeping pace with global trends and advancing the higher education system toward a new horizon of quality and innovation.
