The College of Agriculture discusses a master’s thesis on radish Raphanus sativus

A master’s thesis entitled (The effect of adding zeolite and spraying with nano-potassium on some growth characteristics and the content of some medicinally active substances for two types of radish Raphanus sativus L.) was defended by the graduate student Hadeel Hussein Muhammad at Department of Horticulture and Landscaping.

The thesis studied the effect of zeolite and nanopotassium on the indicators of vegetative and root growth and the yield of each of the two types, and to know the effect of the study factors on the plant content of the active substance in the Spanish black radish and the local red radish.
