The Department of Food Sciences at the College of Agriculture, at the University of Karbala, under the auspices of the Dean of the College of Agriculture, the respected Professor Dr. Sabah Ghazi Sharif Al-Agha, and under the guidance of the Head of the Department of Food Sciences, Professor Dr. Abdul Zahra Jabbar, and the supervision of the teacher, Dr. Ahmed Abdel Amir, organized a scientific trip to the Sulaymaniyah Dairy Company in Karbala within a plan The department’s academic program. The aim was to provide students with scientific learning skills as well as to know the importance of the specializations of the Food Science Department in the public and private sectors, as well as to recognize the importance of the department and its role in serving the economic and social reality at the local level. In addition to learning about the labor market for the Food Science Department specialization and its economic importance in Karbala Governorate.
