Under the direct supervision and guidance of the respected Dean of the College of Agriculture, Dr. Ali Abdul-Hussein Kareem, along with the Scientific Assistant and the heads of scientific departments, a campaign was launched to clean and prune palm trees by removing dry fronds and cleaning the trunks. This effort contributes to improving tree health, increasing date production, and enhancing the overall appearance of the green areas.
During the inspection tour, the Dean observed the ongoing work and the efforts exerted, commending the dedication of everyone involved.
It is worth mentioning that this campaign is part of a series of environmental activities organized by the College of Agriculture to promote environmental and agricultural awareness among students and the local community.
