As part of strengthening scientific and academic collaboration among Iraqi universities, Assist. Prof. Dr. Zaid Khalil Kazem, faculty member at the College of Agriculture, University of Karbala, participated as a member of the examination committee for the Ph.D. dissertation of student Imad Jasim Jallab at the College of Agriculture, Al-Qasim Green University.
The dissertation addressed the impact of certain biotic stresses and the alleviation of their negative effects on growth indicators of potato shoots using exogenous growth regulators. The dissertation was approved with distinction.
This event highlights the active engagement and role of the University of Kerbala’s faculty members in the academic sphere, in line with the university’s vision of expanding scientific and academic partnerships with various Iraqi universities.
