The College of Agriculture Announces the Direct Admission Examination for Farmers’ Children

In accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding the direct admission channel for farmers’ children, the College of Agriculture at the University of Karbala conducted the admission examination this morning for applicants for the academic year 2025–2026.

The exam included a set of scientific topics related to agricultural sciences and core subjects relevant to the specialization, with the aim of assessing students’ preparedness and academic competence in line with the ministry’s standards and university admission requirements.

The Dean of the College confirmed that the exam was conducted smoothly under the supervision of specialized academic committees, with full adherence to ministerial regulations and the provision of an appropriate examination environment. He emphasized that this step reflects the college’s commitment to attracting young talents from farming families in support of the agricultural sector and its development through the preparation of qualified scientific cadres.

The exam results are scheduled to be announced soon on the college’s official website and notice board. The college also urged all applicants to follow its official platforms for updates on the final admission details and subsequent procedures.
