As part of implementing the practical plan for the courses of the Department of Animal Production, a practical lesson was conducted for third-year students in the subject of Poultry Products Technology, under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Haider Qasim Baqir and Lecturer Dr. Alaa Hussein Abdul Ameer.

The lesson included measuring the qualitative characteristics of the egg and introducing students to the scientific methods used to evaluate egg quality and its internal and external components.
