Assistant Professor Dr. Harith Mahmoud Aziz, Head of the Department of Horticulture and Landscape Gardening at the College of Agriculture, University of Kerbala, participated as an external examiner on a master’s thesis defense committee at the University of Kufa, College of Agriculture, Department of Horticulture and Landscape Gardening , for the student Zahraa Ibrahim Kamel.

The thesis was entitled:
Response of Pomegranate Seedlings (cv. Wonderful) to Biofertilization and Chemical Fertilization in Some Growth Indicators and Leaf Nutritional Content.

The study investigated the effects of biofertilizers and chemical fertilizers on improving the growth of pomegranate seedlings and enhancing nutrient uptake efficiency, as well as their impact on improving leaf nutritional content and overall growth quality.

This participation comes within the framework of scientific cooperation among Iraqi universities and the exchange of academic expertise, contributing to the development of scientific research and the advancement of the agricultural sector.
