The College of Agriculture at the University of Karbala organized a discussion seminar for the purpose of defining the mission, vision, and goals in the Department of Food Sciences on 3/18/2024, headed by Professor Dr. Abdul Zahra Jabbar Ali, Head of the Department of Food Sciences, and with the participation of researchers and specialists from inside and outside the college in the field of food sciences. The researchers called for the preparation of a cadre Specialized and qualified in the field of food sciences, including dairy products, manufacturing of grains and their products, meat and their products, and the manufacture of jams, dates and juices, to develop projects and apply all theoretical and practical knowledge in preparing a specialized and qualified staff with the necessary information and experience for this.
