Assistant Professor Dr. Thamer Salman Jabr participated as a member of the judging and evaluation committee for the research of scientists, researchers, and postgraduate students at the First Scientific Conference for Karbala Scholars. The event was held at the Baron Hotel under the patronage of the Governor of Holy Karbala, Mr. Nassif Jasem Al-Khattabi, and the Deputy Chairman of the Provincial Council, Mr. Mahfouth Al-Tamimi.
The committee was formed by the President of the University of Karbala, Dr. Sabah Wajid, in recognition of their distinguished scientific expertise. Dr. Jabr’s contribution was a notable one, reflecting his academic standing through the evaluation of research based on rigorous standards established by the scientific committee.
