Today, the College of Agriculture at the University of Kerbala received a ministerial committee from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to review its academic and scientific standing. This visit comes as part of the ministry’s commitment to monitoring the implementation of academic standards and enhancing the quality of education in Iraqi universities.
The committee conducted a field tour that included the college’s departments, lecture halls, scientific laboratories, and research fields. It also met with faculty members and students, listening to their views and suggestions regarding ways to improve the educational environment.
The committee praised the college for its significant progress in curriculum development and in strengthening the practical and research aspects of education, affirming its support for the efforts of the university presidency and the college administration in continuing to raise the academic level.
For his part, the Dean of the College of Agriculture expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for its direct interest and field follow-up, stressing that the college is determined to implement its plans aimed at developing academic and research programs in line with community needs and the requirements of the agricultural labor market.
