The course, which targeted the college’s academic and administrative staff, was held as part of the college’s ongoing efforts to enhance the capabilities of its scientific and administrative personnel, thereby supporting its academic and research mission.
The course was presented by Assistant Lecturer Hassan Ali Abd and Assistant Lecturer Taysir Salem Majeed. It included discussions on methods for developing specialized skills in both academic and administrative fields, as well as strategies for applying these skills to improve institutional performance. The course also highlighted the role of university competencies in supporting national development plans.
