Under the guidance of the Dean of the College of Agriculture, University of Kerbala, Professor Dr. Ali Abdul-Hussein Kareem, and with the direct supervision of the Head of the Plant Protection Department, Professor Dr. Yasser Nasser Hussein, the department organized a field day on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, as part of the practical training activities for the students.
A group of the department’s faculty members participated in the activity, during which students prepared, planted, and organized the agricultural fields and plastic greenhouses as part of the practical training requirements for their courses.
This activity aims to develop students’ practical skills, enhance the spirit of teamwork, and prepare qualified agricultural engineers equipped with the necessary field knowledge and experience to work in the agricultural sector.
