Under the guidance of the respected Dean of the College of Agriculture, Prof. Dr. Ali Abdul-Hussein Kareem, and the supervision of the respected Head of the Plant Protection Department, Prof. Dr. Yasser Nasser Hussein, and as part of the department’s activities, Mr. Ali Abdul-Ridha Haider (Apiary Supervisor), Ms. Samah Sami (Assistant Lecturer), and Agricultural Technical Assistant Mohammed Shaheed conducted an inspection of the beehives in the college’s apiary on Thursday, October 23, 2025.
This inspection is part of the routine procedures aimed at monitoring the development of bee colonies, identifying their needs for protein nutrition and proper care, as well as cleaning the hives to ensure the health and safety of the bees and improve their productivity.
