A Cultural Awareness Lecture at the College of Agriculture on Addressing the Concerns and Challenges of First-Year Students

The College of Agriculture at the University of Kerbala held an educational lecture for first-year students titled:
“Addressing the Concerns and Changes Faced by First-Year Students,” presented by Asst. Lect. Shaimaa Abdul-Kathib and Asst. Lect. Basim Abdul-Awn Fadil, in addition to biologist Mohammed Alawi Abdul-Ridha.

The lecture covered key scientific approaches for dealing with anxiety and stress, as well as methods of adapting to the university environment and the demands of new academic life. The event also saw notable interaction from the students, who raised their questions and inquiries regarding mechanisms for overcoming psychological and behavioral challenges at the beginning of their university journey.
