The Department of Horticulture and Landscape Engineering at the College of Agriculture, University of Kerbala, conducted a practical lesson titled “General Plant Science – Practical” for first-year students, under the supervision of Lecturer Yassin Sabah.
The activity aims to enhance students’ practical skills, enabling them to identify plant parts, study cellular structure, and understand basic physiological processes, thereby transforming theoretical concepts into tangible hands-on experience.
Lecturer Yassin Sabah emphasized that this initiative comes as part of the department’s strategy to support practical education and prepare students for the requirements of the agricultural and environmental job market.
