College of Agriculture at the University of Kerbala Organizes a Training Course Entitled“Dialogue Language in the Qur’anic Style and Its Impact on Professional Ethics”

The College of Agriculture at the University of Kerbala organized a training course titled “Dialogue Language in the Qur’anic Style and Its Impact on Professional Ethics,” as part of its human development programs aimed at enhancing the skills of academic and administrative staff.

The course was presented by
Asst. Lect. Shaimaa Abd Kadhem
and Asst. Lect. Waad Hamed Yas.

Their lectures highlighted the importance of the dialogue methodology in the Holy Qur’an and its role in shaping academic and professional discourse, promoting the values of respect, integrity, and commitment, and improving communication skills within the workplace.

The course also addressed the ethical principles emphasized in the Qur’an for managing constructive dialogue, and the mechanisms for applying these principles to improve professional performance, solve problems, and build positive workplace relationships.

At the conclusion of the course, emphasis was placed on the need to integrate Qur’anic dialogue values into training and development programs within the university, given their direct impact on improving the work environment and achieving the goals of the academic institution.
