The Council of the Department of Food Science at the College of Agriculture Holds Its Regular Meeting

The Council of the Department of Food Science at the College of Agriculture, University of Kerbala, held its regular meeting under the chairmanship of Assistant Professor Dr. Haifa Ali Awad, and in the presence of the Dean of the College of Agriculture, Professor Dr. Ali Abdul Hussein, along with the Administrative and Scientific Assistant Deans, as well as the department’s faculty members and staff.

The meeting discussed a number of scientific and administrative issues related to the workflow of the department, ways to enhance the academic and educational reality, in addition to examining mechanisms for developing administrative performance, organizing student affairs, and preparing for upcoming requirements, in accordance with the directives of the University Presidency and the College Deanship.

During his intervention, the Dean emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation between the department presidency, faculty members, and staff, and working with a team spirit to achieve scientific and service objectives, in line with the vision of the University of Kerbala to improve the quality of higher education.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the council issued several recommendations aimed at supporting the department’s progress and developing its academic and administrative performance.
