Visit of the Scientific Committee to the Master’s Research Project of a Graduate Student in the Department of Horticulture and Landscape Gardening– College of Agriculture / University of Kerbala

As part of the follow-up of postgraduate research projects and in support of the research process, the Scientific Committee of the Department of Horticulture and Landscape Gardening at the College of Agriculture, University of Kerbala, conducted a field visit to monitor and evaluate the research project of the master’s student Zainab Khalil Kazem. The project is supervised by Assistant Professor Dr. Kazem Mohammed Abdullah and Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Nazem Farhoud, as part of the requirements of postgraduate studies in the department.

This visit was conducted in line with the department’s commitment to supporting students’ scientific research and reviewing the stages of research project implementation at their applied sites, ensuring adherence to the approved research plan and sound scientific methodology, as well as providing scientific guidance that contributes to achieving accurate and reliable results.

During the visit, the Scientific Committee reviewed the field experiment of the research project and listened to a detailed presentation delivered by the researcher on the objectives of the study, the implementation mechanism, and the most prominent preliminary results achieved. The committee also provided constructive scientific remarks and guidance aimed at enhancing the quality of the research and its outcomes.

In this regard, Assistant Professor Dr. Kazem Mohammed Abdullah emphasized the importance of such field visits in strengthening the research capabilities of postgraduate students and motivating them to adhere to rigorous scientific research standards, commending the student’s efforts and the level of her performance in implementing the research project in accordance with approved academic criteria.
