Professor Dr. Ali Abdul-Hussein, Dean of the College of Agriculture at the University of Kerbala, accompanied by his assistants and a number of college faculty members, received a delegation from the Masoud leadership, headed by Sheikh Hassan Sabah Al-Samarmad Al-Haj Hetimi, leader of the Masoud, with the attendance of several Masoud sheikhs.
During the meeting, the agricultural and educational situation in Karbala Governorate in general, and in Al-Husseiniya District in particular, was discussed, alongside exploring prospects for joint cooperation between the College of Agriculture and community institutions to support sustainable agricultural development pathways.
Both sides emphasized the importance of enhancing future coordination and cooperation, supporting scientific and advisory initiatives, and activating the role of scientific research in developing the agricultural sector, serving the residents of the governorate and the region in particular.
