The Department of Plant Protection took part in the Second Poster Day Conference, which was held under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Agriculture, Professor Dr. Ali Abdulhussein Karim, and under the direct supervision of the Head of the Department of Plant Protection, Professor Dr. Yasser Nasser Hussein.
The event witnessed the participation of postgraduate students (PhD and Master’s), who presented the outcomes of their scientific research in the form of scientific posters, aiming to highlight their research achievements and enhance their skills in presenting and discussing results according to rigorous academic standards.
The participation also aimed to shed light on proposed scientific solutions to address several agricultural problems facing the community, particularly in the Holy Governorate of Karbala.
At the conclusion of the conference, the participating students were honored by the Dean of the College in appreciation of their research efforts and in encouragement of their continued scientific contributions.
