Under the patronage of the President of the University of Kerbala, Professor Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Agriculture – University of Kerbala, Professor Dr. Ali Abdul Hussein Karim, the Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Agriculture organized an in-person workshop entitled: (Developing Women’s Soft Skills and Building Self-Confidence).
The workshop aims to develop effective communication skills (listening, dialogue, and persuasion), enhance public speaking skills and the confident presentation of ideas, improve time management and prioritization skills, develop teamwork skills and build positive professional relationships, strengthen emotional intelligence and emotion management in the workplace, and train participants in confident decision-making and problem-solving, as well as reinforce the concept of self-esteem and positive responses to criticism.
