The College of Agriculture – University of Kerbala hosted the Postgraduate Research Conference for the academic year 2025, with wide participation from master’s and doctoral students from various departments of the college, and attended by a distinguished group of professors and researchers.
The field crops section featured several outstanding scientific studies addressing modern topics in areas such as improving agricultural production, tackling drought challenges, integrated pest and weed management, and the use of sustainable technologies in agriculture.
The conference included two important scientific sessions:
First Session: Modern Technologies in the Production and Improvement of Field Crops

The scientific sessions received widespread acclaim from the attendees, as the students presented high-quality research, highlighting practical applications of modern technologies in field crops and sustainable environmental management.
