The College of Agriculture Participates in the Iraq Higher Education Conference (Second Edition)

The College of Agriculture at the University of Kerbala participated in the Iraq Higher Education Conference – Second Edition, held at the University of Baghdad under the slogan “From Achievement to Leadership… Education Toward the Future.”
The college was represented by Professor Dr. Adnan Abdul-Jalil Luhuf and Assistant Professor Dr. Mushtaq Talib Mohammed Ali.

The conference featured a comprehensive scientific program that included opening sessions and keynote speeches delivered by a group of national and international experts, as well as specialized workshops in the fields of institutional capacity development. It also hosted discussion panels addressing the main challenges facing higher education and ways to enhance academic performance, research, and community service.

The delegation of the College of Agriculture emphasized the importance of the ideas and insights presented during the conference, as they offered practical initiatives that contribute to the advancement of the higher education system. The delegation also noted that their participation represented an opportunity to strengthen channels of scientific cooperation and open new horizons for joint research projects, affirming the college’s commitment to translating the conference outcomes into practical steps that support the quality of academic programs and scientific research at the University of Kerbala.
